About Our Services
There are many terms used to describe the services we provide. If your organization needs any of the following, then DBtv can be of service to you.
- Video Production: Our team has over 40 years of Film and Broadcast Television production experience. We offer complete acquisition including; scripting, talent, lighting, sound, and post production. Or we can provide editing / post production of the assets you already have.
- Internet Media / Website Development: We offer a full range of Internet development services, including custom application development for Internet media, and viral marketing campaigns.
- Business Development Consulting: We assist clients to think creatively. We advise clients on cost effective technologies, or create customized technologies with a focus on the clients business objective.
- Pay-Per-View Content Distribution: We offer distribution via our Pay-Per-View Content Management Systems, for content such as e-learning platforms, event video coverage, and free member video content. In addition we offer customized stand alone Pay-Per-View platforms.
- Video Media Applications: We offer clients a resource for converting videos for Internet distribution into Windows Media, or Flash, as well as, stand alone video content management systems, that allow the client to update their own website video content.

Event Webcasting ~ Fast Archiving / Live Webcasting
Fast archiving is one of the most cost effective ways to disseminate your organizations information quickly. Unlike most traditional webcasters who take days or week to produce content, DBtv posts video content within 1 hour* of the event covered. Live Event content is immediately available & archived with no time delay.
- Event Webcasting: We provide an "Entertainment Tonight" video production imaged around the client. We provide a website video player page that is linked into the associations site, and produce the "Entertainment Tonight" videos in formats for distribution via the Internet. Such formats include Video iPodcast, Audio iPodcast, Streaming Media, (Mobile Phone Delivery Coming Soon), and a broadcast quality master of the all video content.
- Fees
For-Profit Organizations: A flat rate based on services to be rendered. Payment due in full upon execution of an agreement.
Non-Profits: A minimum guarantee, plus 70% of webcast sponsorship revenues. Payment of guarantee due in full upon at sign-up.
- Benefits
We provide sponsorship collateral (viral & traditional medias) branded for your association, and we will solicit sponsorships for your webcast (if applicable). We provide Pre, During, and Post event media of / for your webcast. We provide hosting and delivery of your webcast videos for a minimum of 90 days following your event. We provide professional talent to cover your event. You own 100% of the rights to the video assets we produce.
- Optional Services
Integration into a Pay-Per-View platform for content such as Workshops, Seminars, or Company Communications.
Live Web Broadcasts of selected events.
Monthly reporting on website player visits.
Extended hosting for video content.
*Based on a 10 - 20 minute single camera video program. Event programs exceeding 30 minutes, or multi camera videos may require longer production lead time.

Live Event Webcast
DBtv offers live event coverage for your organizations event/s We provide multi-camera productions with customized open & closing tags, stingers, lower thirds, bugs, and chroma keying. Live events are distributed via a world wide network node, capable of reaching an unlimited target audience.
Fees: A one time non-refundable per event connection fee of $1000 is required.
Additional live event fees are based on the number of users that watch live and the media's encoded bandwidth. A refundable bandwidth deposit based on the estimated viewing audience, plus 10% is required. Bandwidth deposit (less usage charge) is refunded upon final reconciliation of usage. In the event that usage exceeds the deposit amount, payment of overcharges is due on receipt.

Pay-Per-View Content Management System
DBtv is proud to announce the availability of our new PPV system. The PPV offers our clients a way to maximize video content by allowing viewers access to free video content, or by assessing a fee for viewing premium content. Some of the key features include:
- Seamless implementation of our PPV system from your existing website.
- The ability to offer free content or monetize premium content (association member workshops, and seminar content)

Customized Video Player Page
Diversity Broadband provides a customized player page for our clients webcasts. Player pages are custom branded to the clients existing webpage, and include space for client specific content, and sponsorship banners. The Player Page also includes space for information such as event news, special webcast features, etc. Diversity Broadband offers Player Pages compatible with multiple video formats, including the new Flash video format that is the most compatible across browser platforms. Custom player page development is included in Event, and Live Event Webcasting at no additional charge.
